  • Our Copyright - The Snappt app, website and all materials, text, code, content, software, graphics, photographs, illustrations, artwork, photographs, names, logos, marks, formats, files, graphics, devices and links contained in it or linked to it (together “Content”) are protected by copyright, and other rights of intellectual property owned by us. Anyone accessing this site is entitled to view any part of it. However, the Content must not be used nor reproduced (in whole or part) for any other purpose including on or in connection another website or publication or for direct commercial gain.
  • Your Copyright (Logo)- All original material uploaded to Snappt by the user is copyright to the user. By uploading content you do not pass any rights to Trilby Multimedia and you retain full ownership of the uploaded content. Trilby Multimedia may wish to use your content in marketing or promotional activities in which case we will contact you and seek permission.
  • Warranty - The Snappt app, website and their content is provided “as is” excluding warranties of any kind, either express or implied under applicable law. We accept no liability for functions contained in the app or on the site and make no warranty that the site or app will operate uninterrupted or error-free or that any defect will be corrected. We do not warrant that the site or its server is free of errors, viruses, and we shall not be liable for any damage you may suffer as a result of such features.
  • Limitation of Liability - You acknowledge that your use of the Snappt app, this website and its content is at your own risk. Except for liability which we cannot by law restrict or exclude, we shall have no liability to you or any third party for any direct, indirect or consequential damages (including loss of profits), or any other damages of any kind whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise. Applicable law may not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability of certain damages, so this limitation or exclusion may not apply to you in its entirety.

Privacy Notice

  • We collect information from you when you sign up to Snappt. This information includes your Name and an email address. You may also optionally provide information regarding your school, which can be used to enhance the service. This may include a school name, address and postcode.
  • By registering and using Snappt you are allowing us to provide you with services via the Snappt application and website. It is your responsibility to ensure that we are kept up to date if the information changes or becomes invalid. We will only use the information collected to provide you with Snappt and for the management and operation of services provided by Trilby Multimedia Limited.
  • We do not collect information from students when they use the app.
  • We may use your personal details (Name, Email address) to contact you regarding our services and your account. By giving us your details you are allowing us to do this via Email.
  • We will never share your details with another organisation without your prior consent. The only exception to this is where such a disclosure is required by Law. We may from time to time collect and anonymise data to produce statistics, for product improvement or for service monitoring provided this does not include any personal data.
  • In the event that Trilby Multimedia Limited is bought by another entity then the data held on the Snappt service will transfer to the new owner along with this Privacy Notice. The new entity may continue to use the data gathered in the way this notice describes.
  • Any changes to this notice may be made from time to time and will come in to effect 30 days from the change date, the current version will always be displayed on the Snappt website.

Acceptable Content Policy

  • What IS acceptable
    • You can register for the Snappt service with your own name, email address and password.
    • You can upload a logo to represent your organisation. This does not constitute any legal binding between you and the organisation represented.
  • What ISN'T acceptable
    • Registering for an account with Snappt with information that is not your own.
    • Uploading a logo that you are not permitted to reuse, or that is covered by any existing copyright or trademark.
